Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「フリーランスの期限ノート」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは、個人事業主・フリーランスの方が開業日といくつかの問い（青色申告・消費税の課税事業者・源泉徴収・個人事業税・予定納税など）に答えると、開業届・青色申告の承認申請・確定申告・消費税の申告・予定納税とその減額申請・個人事業税・償却資産の申告・源泉所得税の納期の特例・住民税・国民健康保険料などの期限を年ごとに並べ、手続きの状態と納税の積立を記録し、期限を通知するアプリです。本アプリは、国・税務署・都道府県・市区町村のアプリではありません。表示する期限は一般的な目安で、税務署・都道府県・市区町村の案内が優先します。本アプリは税額を計算せず、税理士の助言にも代わりません。本アプリは、借入・キャッシング・投資・保険などの紹介をしません。
本アプリで利用者が入力・設定する情報（事業のカード〈開業日・青色申告の承認を受けているか・消費税の課税事業者か・給与の源泉徴収の納め方・個人事業税と予定納税の対象か・事業用の資産があるか・国民健康保険に入っているか・都道府県・住民税の納め方・住民税と国民健康保険料と個人事業税の納期〉、期限ごとの状態〈予定・手続き中・済み・対象外〉とその日付・利用者が案内を見て入れた期限・通知書や申告書の額・年末の準備のチェック、納税の積立〈額・日付・対象の納付〉、利用者が自分で入れた期限〈種類・名前・期限・状態〉、通知・積立の曜日・テーマの設定）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータを当方に送信することはなく、当方が収集することもありません。当方は、本アプリのデータを保存するサーバーを運営していません。
本アプリには、屋号・売上・経費・取引先や顧客の名前・銀行口座や残高・マイナンバー・氏名・電話番号を登録する入力欄はありません。本アプリは、税務署（e-Tax を含みます）・都道府県・市区町村・金融機関・会計ソフトなどのシステムと連携せず、利用者の情報をそれらへ送ることもありません。積立は利用者が入れた額と日付の記録で、口座とはつながりません。自分で入れた期限の「名前」は短い見出しとして端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリの機能で読み取ることはありません。
Android の自動バックアップ：本アプリは Android 標準の自動バックアップを有効にしています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、事業のカード・期限の記録・積立・自分で入れた期限・通知の設定などのデータは、Google の仕組みにより利用者自身の Google アカウントへ保存され、新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。このバックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。バックアップは端末の設定から無効にできます。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）の SDK（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定・不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われることがあります）、アプリの操作（広告の表示やタップなど）、診断情報（クラッシュ・パフォーマンスなど）、端末ID（広告識別子〈広告ID〉など）を取得し、Google に送信・共有することがあります。利用者が入力した事業のカード・期限の状態・積立などの情報が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
利用者は、本アプリの期限の一覧（種別・名前・期限・状態・状態の日付・通知書の額・積立の合計）、自分で入れた期限、積立の記録（日付・対象・額）を CSV ファイルに書き出し、Android の共有機能で他のアプリ（ファイル管理、メール、クラウドストレージなど）に渡すことができます。CSV ファイルは利用者自身の操作で作られ、共有先も利用者が選びます。当方がそのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、申告・届出・納付の期限（予定納税の減額申請・自分で入れた期限を含みます）、住民税・国民健康保険料の納期、年末の準備、設定した曜日の積立の進み具合を知らせるため（種類ごとに設定画面で止められます）、毎日 1 回の通知を端末内で予約・表示します。ホーム画面のウィジェットも端末内のデータから表示します。通知やウィジェットのためにサーバーは使用していません。通知の設定は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリの「出典」や制度の案内から公式サイト（国税庁・財務省・総務省・e-Gov 法令検索・都道府県・市区町村・内閣府など）へのリンクを選ぶと、そのサイトをブラウザで開きます。「退職後の手続きノート」「年末調整チェック」「家を買ったあとの手続きノート」「手取りメーター」へのリンクを選ぶと、そのアプリが入っていれば起動し、入っていなければ Google Play のアプリのページを開きます。リンクを開くために、本アプリに入力した情報を送信することはありません。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します（ホーム画面下部のバナー広告と、保存のあとに 1 日 1 回までの全画面広告）。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を見直し・変更することができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。また、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや広告のカスタマイズの無効化を行うこともできます。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入を Google Play Billing で提供しています。定期購入（サブスクリプション）ではありません。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
当方は、利用者が本アプリに入力したデータ（事業のカード・期限の状態と日付・通知書の額・積立・利用者が入力した期限等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。本アプリから外部サービスへの直接の送信は、広告配信・同意の取得・課金に必要な情報に限られます。これらの情報は Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
Android の自動バックアップは Google の仕組みにより行われます。CSV の共有先は利用者が選び、公式サイトや Google Play の閲覧は利用者の操作でブラウザ・Play ストアに引き継ぎます。
本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、端末の設定によっては Android の自動バックアップにも含まれます。当方はこれらのデータを保有していないため、当方に削除を依頼いただく必要はなく、利用者は次の方法でデータを削除できます。
保持期間：端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。Google のバックアップに含まれるデータは、Google のバックアップの設定・管理に従って取り扱われます。当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは、個人事業主・フリーランス・副業をしている方（18 歳以上）向けのアプリです。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。Android の自動バックアップが有効な場合の取り扱いは、第1節に記載のとおりです。端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Freelance Tax Deadline Note" (フリーランスの期限ノート, the "App"). When a sole proprietor or freelancer enters the business start date and answers a few questions (blue-form filing, consumption tax status, withholding, individual enterprise tax, prepaid income tax, and so on), the App lists by year the deadlines for Japanese tax procedures — the business start notification, the application for blue-form filing, the income tax return, the consumption tax return, prepaid income tax and the application to reduce it, individual enterprise tax, the depreciable assets declaration, the special payment schedule for withheld income tax, resident tax, national health insurance premiums, and more — records the status of each procedure and your tax savings, and notifies you about deadlines. The App is not an app of the national government, the tax office, any prefecture, or any municipality. The deadlines shown are general estimates; notices from your tax office, prefecture, or municipality take precedence. The App does not calculate tax amounts and is not a substitute for advice from a tax accountant. The App does not introduce loans, cash advances, investments, or insurance. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The information you enter or configure in the App — the business card (business start date, whether you have blue-form approval, whether you are a consumption tax payer, how you pay withheld income tax, whether individual enterprise tax and prepaid income tax apply, whether you have business assets, whether you are in national health insurance, prefecture, how you pay resident tax, and the installment dates of resident tax, national health insurance, and individual enterprise tax), the status of each deadline (planned, in progress, done, or not applicable) with its date, deadlines you entered from official notices, amounts from notices or returns, year-end preparation checks, your tax savings (amount, date, and the payment it is for), deadlines you added yourself (type, name, deadline, and status), and notification, savings-day, and theme settings — is stored on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we do not collect it. We do not operate servers to store the App's data.
The App has no input fields for your trade name, sales, expenses, the names of clients or customers, bank accounts or balances, My Number, your name, or phone number. The App does not connect to the systems of the tax office (including e-Tax), prefectures, municipalities, financial institutions, or accounting software, and it never sends your information to them. Tax savings are records of the amounts and dates you enter and are not linked to any account. The "name" of a deadline you add yourself is a short heading stored only on your device and is not read by the App's features.
Android Auto Backup: the App enables Android's standard automatic backup. If backup is enabled in your device settings, data such as the business card, deadline records, savings, deadlines you added, and notification settings may be saved to your own Google Account by Google's backup service and restored to a new device. This backup is a feature provided by Google; we never view or receive its contents. You can turn off backup in your device settings.
However, because the App displays advertisements, the SDK of our advertising provider (Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect and send or share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as ad views or taps), diagnostics (such as crash and performance data), and device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), for purposes including serving, optimizing, and measuring ads and preventing fraud. The business card, deadline statuses, savings, and other information you enter are never shared with the advertising provider.
You can export the list of deadlines (category, name, deadline, status, status date, notice amount, and savings total), the deadlines you added, and your savings records (date, payment, and amount) to a CSV file and hand it to another app (a file manager, email, cloud storage, etc.) through Android's share feature. The CSV file is created by your own action, and you choose the destination. We never receive the file.
The App schedules and shows one notification per day on your device to remind you of filing and payment deadlines (including the application to reduce prepaid income tax and deadlines you added), resident tax and national health insurance installments, year-end preparation, and the progress of your savings on the weekday you choose (each type can be turned off on the settings screen). The home screen widget is also drawn from the data on your device. No servers are used for notifications or the widget. Notification settings are stored on your device.
When you choose a link to an official website (the National Tax Agency, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, e-Gov, prefectures, municipalities, the Cabinet Office, etc.) from the App's sources or guidance, the site opens in your browser. When you choose the link to "Taishoku Procedures Note" (退職後の手続きノート), "Nencho Check" (年末調整チェック), "Home Purchase Procedures Note" (家を買ったあとの手続きノート), or "Tedori Meter" (手取りメーター), that app opens if it is installed; otherwise its Google Play page opens. Opening these links does not send any information you entered. Information at the linked sites is handled according to each site's policy.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google, to display advertisements (a banner at the bottom of the home screen and a full-screen ad at most once a day after saving). For details on how Google collects and uses information, please see:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent regarding advertising. You can consent to or refuse data use through the consent form shown. You can also review and change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" on the App's settings screen (this menu appears only for users in regions where consent is required). You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Google Play, and we never receive payment information such as credit card numbers. Your purchase status is managed in association with your Google Play account.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you enter in the App (the business card, deadline statuses and dates, notice amounts, savings, deadlines you entered, etc.). Direct transmissions from the App to external services are limited to what is needed for advertising, consent, and in-app purchases, and that information is handled by Google under its own policies.
Android Auto Backup is performed by Google's service. You choose where CSV files are shared, and viewing official websites or Google Play is handed over to your browser or the Play Store by your own action.
Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and, depending on your device settings, may also be included in Android Auto Backup. Because we do not hold this data, you do not need to ask us to delete it. You can delete it as follows:
Retention: data on your device is kept until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Data included in Google backups is handled according to Google's backup settings and management. Nothing is stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as the advertising ID) is handled and retained by Google under its policies. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed in association with your Google Play account.

The App is intended for sole proprietors, freelancers, and people with side businesses aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the handling described in Section 1 applies. Please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
