Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「子どものお金の制度カレンダー」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは、保護者の方が子の呼び方（第 1 子など）と生年月日を入力すると、児童手当・子ども医療費の助成・保育園の申込・幼児教育・保育の無償化・就学時健康診断・就学援助・高校の就学支援金と奨学給付金・大学の給付奨学金などの手続きの期限や確認日を年齢順に並べ、申請済みかどうかを管理し、期限や確認日を通知するアプリです。本アプリは、市区町村・学校・国（こども家庭庁・文部科学省・日本学生支援機構など）のアプリではありません。全国共通の制度は自動で並びますが、市区町村や学校が決める期限は、その案内を確認して利用者が入力します。表示する金額は目安です。本アプリは、ローン・キャッシング・教育ローン・学資保険などの紹介をしません。
本アプリで利用者が入力・設定する情報（子の呼び方〈第 1 子・長男など、選択肢から選ぶもの〉、子の生年月日、学年の補正、通っている区分〈保育園・幼稚園・小学校など〉、都道府県、自治体名のメモ、大学生年代の兄姉の人数〈児童手当の数え方の補正〉、制度ごとの状態〈予定・申請済み・入金済み・対象外〉と日付・金額・利用者が入力した期限・メモ、自治体の期限のテンプレート〈名前・期限・繰り返し・メモ〉、通知の設定）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータを当方に送信することはなく、当方が収集することもありません。当方は、本アプリのデータを保存するサーバーを運営していません。
本アプリには、お子様や保護者の氏名・住所・電話番号・マイナンバー・学校名・銀行口座などを登録する入力欄はありません。子の呼び方は選択肢から選ぶだけで、名前は保存しません。医療情報も扱いません（子ども医療証は申請・更新の期限だけを扱います）。本アプリは、市区町村・学校・こども家庭庁・文部科学省・日本学生支援機構などのシステムと連携せず、利用者の情報をそれらへ送ることもありません。利用者が任意で書くメモは本アプリの機能で読み取ることはなく、端末内にのみ保存されます。
Android の自動バックアップ：本アプリは Android 標準の自動バックアップを有効にしています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、子の呼び方と生年月日・世帯の設定・制度の記録・テンプレート・通知の設定などのデータは、Google の仕組みにより利用者自身の Google アカウントへ保存され、新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。このバックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。バックアップは端末の設定から無効にできます。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）の SDK（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定・不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われることがあります）、アプリの操作（広告の表示やタップなど）、診断情報（クラッシュ・パフォーマンスなど）、端末ID（広告識別子〈広告ID〉など）を取得し、Google に送信・共有することがあります。利用者が入力した子の生年月日・制度の状態・金額などの情報が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
利用者は、本アプリの制度の一覧（子の呼び方・学年・制度・年度・期限・状態・日付・金額・メモ）とテンプレートを CSV ファイルに書き出し、Android の共有機能で他のアプリ（ファイル管理、メール、クラウドストレージなど）に渡すことができます。CSV ファイルは利用者自身の操作で作られ、共有先も利用者が選びます。当方がそのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、手続きの期限・学校や自治体の案内を確認する日・年齢の節目（来年度の制度）・（利用者が選んだ場合）児童手当の入金日を知らせるため、毎日 1 回の通知を端末内で予約・表示します。ホーム画面のウィジェットも端末内のデータから表示します。通知やウィジェットのためにサーバーは使用していません。通知の設定は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリの「出典」や制度の案内から公式サイト（こども家庭庁・文部科学省・日本学生支援機構・都道府県・市区町村など）へのリンクを選ぶと、そのサイトをブラウザで開きます。「育休のお金カレンダー」「入学準備チェック」「書類の期限ノート」へのリンクを選ぶと、Google Play のアプリのページを開きます。リンクを開くために、本アプリに入力した子の生年月日などの情報を送信することはありません。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を見直し・変更することができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。また、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや広告のカスタマイズの無効化を行うこともできます。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入を Google Play Billing で提供しています。定期購入（サブスクリプション）ではありません。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
当方は、利用者が本アプリに入力したデータ（子の呼び方・生年月日・学年の補正・通っている区分・世帯の設定・制度の記録・金額・テンプレート・メモ等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。本アプリから外部サービスへの直接の送信は、広告配信・同意の取得・課金に必要な情報に限られます。これらの情報は Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
Android の自動バックアップは Google の仕組みにより行われます。CSV の共有先は利用者が選び、公式サイトや Google Play の閲覧は利用者の操作でブラウザ・Play ストアに引き継ぎます。
本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、端末の設定によっては Android の自動バックアップにも含まれます。当方はこれらのデータを保有していないため、当方に削除を依頼いただく必要はなく、利用者は次の方法でデータを削除できます。
保持期間：端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。Google のバックアップに含まれるデータは、Google のバックアップの設定・管理に従って取り扱われます。当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは保護者（18 歳以上）向けのアプリで、お子様が使うことを想定していません。お子様に関する情報（呼び方・生年月日・学年の補正・通っている区分）は、保護者が自分の端末で手続きを管理するために入力するもので、端末内にのみ保存され、当方や広告配信事業者に送信されることはありません。お子様の氏名は扱いません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。Android の自動バックアップが有効な場合の取り扱いは、第1節に記載のとおりです。端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Child Benefits Calendar" (子どものお金の制度カレンダー, the "App"). When a parent enters how they refer to each child (such as "first child") and the child's date of birth, the App lists, in order of age, the deadlines and check dates for Japanese child-related procedures — the child allowance, children's medical expense subsidies, nursery school applications, free early childhood education and care, the pre-school health checkup, school attendance assistance, high school tuition support and scholarship grants, university grant-type scholarships, and more — tracks whether each has been applied for, and notifies you about deadlines and check dates. The App is not an app of any municipality, school, or national government agency (such as the Children and Families Agency, the Ministry of Education, or the Japan Student Services Organization). Nationwide programs are listed automatically, but deadlines set by municipalities or schools are entered by you after checking their notices. The amounts shown are estimates. The App does not introduce loans, cash advances, education loans, or education insurance. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The information you enter or configure in the App — how you refer to each child (chosen from a list, such as "first child" or "eldest son"), each child's date of birth, grade adjustment, the type of school or childcare attended (nursery school, kindergarten, elementary school, etc.), your prefecture, a memo of your municipality's name, the number of older siblings of university age (an adjustment for counting children for the child allowance), the status of each program (planned, applied, paid, or not applicable) with dates, amounts, deadlines you entered, and notes, municipal deadline templates (name, deadline, repeat interval, and notes), and notification settings — is stored on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we do not collect it. We do not operate servers to store the App's data.
The App has no input fields for the names of children or parents, addresses, phone numbers, My Number, school names, or bank account details. You only choose how to refer to each child from a list; names are never stored. The App does not handle medical information (for children's medical certificates, it handles only application and renewal deadlines). The App does not connect to the systems of municipalities, schools, the Children and Families Agency, the Ministry of Education, or the Japan Student Services Organization, and it never sends your information to them. Any free-text notes you choose to write are stored only on your device and are not read by the App's features.
Android Auto Backup: the App enables Android's standard automatic backup. If backup is enabled in your device settings, data such as how you refer to each child and their dates of birth, household settings, program records, templates, and notification settings may be saved to your own Google Account by Google's backup service and restored to a new device. This backup is a feature provided by Google; we never view or receive its contents. You can turn off backup in your device settings.
However, because the App displays advertisements, the SDK of our advertising provider (Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect and send or share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as ad views or taps), diagnostics (such as crash and performance data), and device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), for purposes including serving, optimizing, and measuring ads and preventing fraud. Children's dates of birth, program statuses, amounts, and other information you enter are never shared with the advertising provider.
You can export the list of programs (how each child is referred to, grade, program, fiscal year, deadline, status, date, amount, and notes) and your templates to a CSV file and hand it to another app (a file manager, email, cloud storage, etc.) through Android's share feature. The CSV file is created by your own action, and you choose the destination. We never receive the file.
The App schedules and shows one notification per day on your device to remind you of procedure deadlines, days to check school or municipal notices, age milestones (next year's programs), and, if you choose, child allowance payment days. The home screen widget is also drawn from the data on your device. No servers are used for notifications or the widget. Notification settings are stored on your device.
When you choose a link to an official website (the Children and Families Agency, the Ministry of Education, the Japan Student Services Organization, prefectures, municipalities, etc.) from the App's sources or program guidance, the site opens in your browser. When you choose the link to "Ikukyu no Okane Calendar" (育休のお金カレンダー), "Nyugaku Junbi Check" (入学準備チェック), or "Shorui no Kigen Note" (書類の期限ノート), its Google Play page opens. Opening these links does not send children's dates of birth or other information you entered. Information at the linked sites is handled according to each site's policy.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google, to display advertisements. For details on how Google collects and uses information, please see:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent regarding advertising. You can consent to or refuse data use through the consent form shown. You can also review and change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" on the App's settings screen (this menu appears only for users in regions where consent is required). You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Google Play, and we never receive payment information such as credit card numbers. Your purchase status is managed in association with your Google Play account.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you enter in the App (how each child is referred to, dates of birth, grade adjustments, schools or childcare attended, household settings, program records, amounts, templates, notes, etc.). Direct transmissions from the App to external services are limited to what is needed for advertising, consent, and in-app purchases, and that information is handled by Google under its own policies.
Android Auto Backup is performed by Google's service. You choose where CSV files are shared, and viewing official websites or Google Play is handed over to your browser or the Play Store by your own action.
Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and, depending on your device settings, may also be included in Android Auto Backup. Because we do not hold this data, you do not need to ask us to delete it. You can delete it as follows:
Retention: data on your device is kept until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Data included in Google backups is handled according to Google's backup settings and management. Nothing is stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as the advertising ID) is handled and retained by Google under its policies. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed in association with your Google Play account.

The App is intended for parents and guardians aged 18 and over and is not designed to be used by children. Information about children (how each child is referred to, date of birth, grade adjustment, and school or childcare attended) is entered by parents to manage procedures on their own device; it is stored only on the device and is never sent to us or to the advertising provider. The App does not handle children's names. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the handling described in Section 1 applies. Please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
