Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「家を買ったあとの手続きノート」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは、家を買った方が引き渡し日・入居日・家の区分などを入力すると、不動産取得税の軽減の申告、住宅ローン控除（1 年目の確定申告と 2 年目以降の年末調整）、住宅取得資金の贈与の申告、登記、固定資産税の軽減、火災保険の更新、住所の変更などの手続きの期限を並べ、申請済みかどうかと証明書の保管を管理し、期限を通知するアプリです。本アプリは、国・都道府県・市区町村・税務署・法務局のアプリではありません。表示する期限は一般的な目安で、都道府県・市区町村・税務署・会社の案内が優先します。本アプリは税額や控除額を計算せず、税理士の助言にも代わりません。本アプリは、住宅ローン・借り換え・キャッシング・保険などの紹介をしません。
本アプリで利用者が入力・設定する情報（家のカード〈引き渡し日・入居日・新築年月日・新築か中古か・戸建てかマンションか・注文か建売か・構造・省エネの区分・都道府県・不動産取得税の申告の日数・住宅ローンの有無と調書方式かどうか・子育て世帯等かどうか・贈与を受けた年・会社の年末調整の締切・火災保険の開始日と年数など〉、手続きごとの状態〈予定・申請済み・済み・対象外〉とその日付・利用者が入力した期限・持ち物のチェック・補助金の種類、利用者が自分で入れた期限〈種類・名前・期限・状態〉、証明書の保管のチェック、通知とテーマの設定）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータを当方に送信することはなく、当方が収集することもありません。当方は、本アプリのデータを保存するサーバーを運営していません。
本アプリには、住所・物件名・住宅ローンの残高・借入先の名前・銀行口座・税額や控除額などの金額、氏名・電話番号・マイナンバーを登録する入力欄はありません。本アプリは、国・都道府県・市区町村・税務署・法務局・金融機関・保険会社などのシステムと連携せず、利用者の情報をそれらへ送ることもありません。自分で入れた期限の「名前」は短い見出しとして端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリの機能で読み取ることはありません。
Android の自動バックアップ：本アプリは Android 標準の自動バックアップを有効にしています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、家のカード・手続きの記録・自分で入れた期限・証明書のチェック・通知の設定などのデータは、Google の仕組みにより利用者自身の Google アカウントへ保存され、新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。このバックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。バックアップは端末の設定から無効にできます。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）の SDK（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定・不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われることがあります）、アプリの操作（広告の表示やタップなど）、診断情報（クラッシュ・パフォーマンスなど）、端末ID（広告識別子〈広告ID〉など）を取得し、Google に送信・共有することがあります。利用者が入力した家のカード・手続きの状態・期限などの情報が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
利用者は、本アプリの手続きの一覧（手続き・年・期限・期間の始まり・状態・状態の日付・期限の出どころ）、自分で入れた期限、証明書の保管の状態を CSV ファイルに書き出し、Android の共有機能で他のアプリ（ファイル管理、メール、クラウドストレージなど）に渡すことができます。CSV ファイルは利用者自身の操作で作られ、共有先も利用者が選びます。当方がそのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、手続きの期限（火災保険の更新・住所の変更・自分で入れた期限を含みます）・年末調整の証明書が届く時期と会社の締切・固定資産税の新築の減額が終わる年・繰上返済で住宅ローン控除が終わる場合の注意を知らせるため（種類ごとに設定画面で止められます）、毎日 1 回の通知を端末内で予約・表示します。ホーム画面のウィジェットも端末内のデータから表示します。通知やウィジェットのためにサーバーは使用していません。通知の設定は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリの「出典」や手続きの案内から公式サイト（国税庁・国土交通省・法務局・都道府県・市区町村など）へのリンクを選ぶと、そのサイトをブラウザで開きます。「年末調整チェック」「書類の期限ノート」「クルマの期限ノート」「子どものお金の制度カレンダー」へのリンクを選ぶと、そのアプリが入っていれば起動し、入っていなければ Google Play のアプリのページを開きます。リンクを開くために、本アプリに入力した情報を送信することはありません。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を見直し・変更することができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。また、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや広告のカスタマイズの無効化を行うこともできます。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入を Google Play Billing で提供しています。定期購入（サブスクリプション）ではありません。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
当方は、利用者が本アプリに入力したデータ（家のカード・手続きの状態と日付・利用者が入力した期限・持ち物と証明書のチェック等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。本アプリから外部サービスへの直接の送信は、広告配信・同意の取得・課金に必要な情報に限られます。これらの情報は Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
Android の自動バックアップは Google の仕組みにより行われます。CSV の共有先は利用者が選び、公式サイトや Google Play の閲覧は利用者の操作でブラウザ・Play ストアに引き継ぎます。
本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、端末の設定によっては Android の自動バックアップにも含まれます。当方はこれらのデータを保有していないため、当方に削除を依頼いただく必要はなく、利用者は次の方法でデータを削除できます。
保持期間：端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。Google のバックアップに含まれるデータは、Google のバックアップの設定・管理に従って取り扱われます。当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは、家を買った方（18 歳以上）向けのアプリです。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。Android の自動バックアップが有効な場合の取り扱いは、第1節に記載のとおりです。端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Home Purchase Procedures Note" (家を買ったあとの手続きノート, the "App"). When someone who has bought a home enters the handover date, the move-in date, the type of home, and similar details, the App lists the deadlines for Japanese procedures after buying a home — applying for the real estate acquisition tax reduction, the mortgage tax deduction (the tax return in the first year and the year-end adjustment from the second year), reporting a gift of funds for buying a home, registration, the property tax reduction, renewing fire insurance, changing your address, and more — tracks whether each has been applied for and whether certificates are kept, and notifies you about deadlines. The App is not an app of the national government, any prefecture or municipality, the tax office, or the Legal Affairs Bureau. The deadlines shown are general estimates; notices from your prefecture, municipality, tax office, or employer take precedence. The App does not calculate tax or deduction amounts and is not a substitute for advice from a tax accountant. The App does not introduce mortgages, refinancing, cash advances, or insurance. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The information you enter or configure in the App — the home card (handover date, move-in date, date of construction, new or used, detached house or condominium, custom-built or ready-built, structure, energy-efficiency class, prefecture, the number of days for the acquisition tax application, whether you have a mortgage and whether the lender uses the statement method, whether you are a child-rearing household, the year you received a gift, your employer's year-end adjustment deadline, the start date and term of fire insurance, etc.), the status of each procedure (planned, applied, done, or not applicable) with its date, deadlines you entered, checklists of things to bring, the subsidy type, deadlines you added yourself (type, name, deadline, and status), certificate checks, and notification and theme settings — is stored on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we do not collect it. We do not operate servers to store the App's data.
The App has no input fields for your address, the property name, the mortgage balance, the lender's name, bank account details, amounts such as tax or deductions, your name, phone number, or My Number. The App does not connect to the systems of the national government, prefectures, municipalities, the tax office, the Legal Affairs Bureau, financial institutions, or insurance companies, and it never sends your information to them. The "name" of a deadline you add yourself is a short heading stored only on your device and is not read by the App's features.
Android Auto Backup: the App enables Android's standard automatic backup. If backup is enabled in your device settings, data such as the home card, procedure records, deadlines you added, certificate checks, and notification settings may be saved to your own Google Account by Google's backup service and restored to a new device. This backup is a feature provided by Google; we never view or receive its contents. You can turn off backup in your device settings.
However, because the App displays advertisements, the SDK of our advertising provider (Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect and send or share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as ad views or taps), diagnostics (such as crash and performance data), and device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), for purposes including serving, optimizing, and measuring ads and preventing fraud. The home card, procedure statuses, deadlines, and other information you enter are never shared with the advertising provider.
You can export the list of procedures (procedure, year, deadline, start of the period, status, status date, and where the deadline comes from), the deadlines you added, and the certificate checks to a CSV file and hand it to another app (a file manager, email, cloud storage, etc.) through Android's share feature. The CSV file is created by your own action, and you choose the destination. We never receive the file.
The App schedules and shows one notification per day on your device to remind you of procedure deadlines (including fire insurance renewals, address changes, and deadlines you added), when year-end adjustment certificates arrive and your employer's deadline, the year the new-home property tax reduction ends, and a caution that prepaying your mortgage may end the mortgage tax deduction (each type can be turned off on the settings screen). The home screen widget is also drawn from the data on your device. No servers are used for notifications or the widget. Notification settings are stored on your device.
When you choose a link to an official website (the National Tax Agency, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Legal Affairs Bureau, prefectures, municipalities, etc.) from the App's sources or procedure guidance, the site opens in your browser. When you choose the link to "Nencho Check" (年末調整チェック), "Shorui no Kigen Note" (書類の期限ノート), "Kuruma no Kigen Note" (クルマの期限ノート), or "Child Benefits Calendar" (子どものお金の制度カレンダー), that app opens if it is installed; otherwise its Google Play page opens. Opening these links does not send any information you entered. Information at the linked sites is handled according to each site's policy.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google, to display advertisements. For details on how Google collects and uses information, please see:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent regarding advertising. You can consent to or refuse data use through the consent form shown. You can also review and change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" on the App's settings screen (this menu appears only for users in regions where consent is required). You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Google Play, and we never receive payment information such as credit card numbers. Your purchase status is managed in association with your Google Play account.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you enter in the App (the home card, procedure statuses and dates, deadlines you entered, checklists and certificate checks, etc.). Direct transmissions from the App to external services are limited to what is needed for advertising, consent, and in-app purchases, and that information is handled by Google under its own policies.
Android Auto Backup is performed by Google's service. You choose where CSV files are shared, and viewing official websites or Google Play is handed over to your browser or the Play Store by your own action.
Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and, depending on your device settings, may also be included in Android Auto Backup. Because we do not hold this data, you do not need to ask us to delete it. You can delete it as follows:
Retention: data on your device is kept until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Data included in Google backups is handled according to Google's backup settings and management. Nothing is stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as the advertising ID) is handled and retained by Google under its policies. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed in association with your Google Play account.

The App is intended for people aged 18 and over who have bought a home. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the handling described in Section 1 applies. Please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
