Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「失業保険ノート」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは、離職日・離職理由・離職前の給与の目安などを入力すると、雇用保険の基本手当（いわゆる失業保険・失業手当）が「いくら・いつから・何日分」かの目安と、待期・給付制限・認定日・振込の予定を表示し、認定日と求職活動を通知するアプリです。本アプリは、厚生労働省・ハローワーク（公共職業安定所）・都道府県労働局などの行政機関のアプリではありません。表示する金額・日程は目安です。決定は雇用保険受給資格者証とハローワークの案内を優先してください。「失業保険」は雇用保険の基本手当の通称で、本アプリは保険商品の案内や販売をしません。
本アプリで利用者が入力・設定する情報（生年月日、離職日、雇用保険に入っていた期間の区分、離職の理由、就職が困難な事情に当たるかどうか（はい・いいえ）、過去に受給資格の決定を受けた回数に関する選択、離職前 6 か月の給与、ハローワークに行った日〈受給資格決定日〉、雇用保険受給資格者証などから入力した決定額〈基本手当日額・所定給付日数・初回認定日・認定日の型〉、認定日ごとの記録〈認定を受けたか・支給日数・支給額・働いた日の数とメモ〉、求職活動の記録〈種類・日付・メモ〉、通知の設定）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータを当方に送信することはなく、当方が収集することもありません。当方は、本アプリのデータを保存するサーバーを運営していません。
本アプリには、氏名・住所・電話番号・マイナンバー・雇用保険被保険者番号・勤務先の名称・銀行口座などを登録する入力欄はありません。障害や病気の内容などの医療情報も扱いません（就職が困難な事情に当たるかどうかは、所定給付日数の表を選ぶためにだけ使います）。生年月日は、離職時の年齢で決まる上限額と給付日数を計算するためにだけ使います。
Android の自動バックアップ：本アプリは Android 標準の自動バックアップを有効にしています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、本人の条件・認定日と求職活動の記録・通知の設定などのデータは、Google の仕組みにより利用者自身の Google アカウントへ保存され、新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。このバックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。バックアップは端末の設定から無効にできます。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）の SDK（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定・不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われることがあります）、アプリの操作（広告の表示やタップなど）、診断情報（クラッシュ・パフォーマンスなど）、端末ID（広告識別子〈広告ID〉など）を取得し、Google に送信・共有することがあります。利用者が入力した給与・日程・記録などの情報が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
利用者は、本アプリに表示される認定日の予定・記録と求職活動の記録を CSV ファイルに書き出し、Android の共有機能で他のアプリ（ファイル管理、メール、クラウドストレージなど）に渡すことができます。CSV ファイルは利用者自身の操作で作られ、共有先も利用者が選びます。当方がそのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、認定日・求職活動の回数・振込の目安・受給期間の満了などを知らせるため、毎日 1 回の通知を端末内で予約・表示します。ホーム画面のウィジェットも端末内のデータから表示します。通知やウィジェットのためにサーバーは使用していません。通知の設定は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリの「情報の出典」や手続きの案内から公式サイト（厚生労働省・ハローワークインターネットサービスなど）へのリンクを選ぶと、そのサイトをブラウザで開きます。リンクを開くために、本アプリに入力した給与や日程などの情報を送信することはありません。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を見直し・変更することができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。また、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや広告のカスタマイズの無効化を行うこともできます。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入を Google Play Billing で提供しています。定期購入（サブスクリプション）ではありません。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
当方は、利用者が本アプリに入力したデータ（本人の条件・給与・決定額・認定日と求職活動の記録等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。本アプリから外部サービスへの直接の送信は、広告配信・同意の取得・課金に必要な情報に限られます。これらの情報は Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
Android の自動バックアップは Google の仕組みにより行われます。CSV の共有先は利用者が選び、公式サイトの閲覧は利用者の操作でブラウザに引き継ぎます。
本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、端末の設定によっては Android の自動バックアップにも含まれます。当方はこれらのデータを保有していないため、当方に削除を依頼いただく必要はなく、利用者は次の方法でデータを削除できます。
保持期間：端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。Google のバックアップに含まれるデータは、Google のバックアップの設定・管理に従って取り扱われます。当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは 18 歳以上の方を対象としており、お子様（13歳未満の児童を含む）を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。Android の自動バックアップが有効な場合の取り扱いは、第1節に記載のとおりです。端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Unemployment Benefit Notebook" (失業保険ノート, the "App"). When you enter the date you left your job, the reason for leaving, your approximate wages before leaving, and similar details, the App shows estimates of how much, from when, and for how many days you may receive the basic allowance of Japan's employment insurance (commonly called "unemployment insurance"), shows the schedule of the waiting period, the benefit restriction period, certification days, and payments, and notifies you about certification days and job-search activities. The App is not an app of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Hello Work (Public Employment Security Offices), the Prefectural Labour Bureaus, or any other government authority. The amounts and dates shown are estimates. Please give priority to your Employment Insurance Eligibility Certificate and the guidance of Hello Work. "Unemployment insurance" is a common name for the basic allowance of employment insurance; the App does not offer or sell any insurance product. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The information you enter or configure in the App — your date of birth; the date you left your job; the range of your employment insurance coverage period; the reason for leaving; whether you fall under the category of persons with difficulty finding employment (yes/no); a choice about how many times you previously received an eligibility decision; your wages for the six months before leaving; the date you visited Hello Work (the eligibility decision date); decided amounts entered from your Eligibility Certificate (the daily basic allowance, the number of benefit days, the first certification day, and the certification-day type); records for each certification day (whether you were certified, the number of paid days, the amount, and the number of days you worked with a memo); job-search activity records (type, date, and memo); and notification settings — is stored on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we do not collect it. We do not operate servers to store the App's data.
The App has no input fields for your name, address, phone number, My Number, employment insurance insured person number, employer's name, or bank account details, and it does not handle medical information such as the details of a disability or illness (whether you fall under the category of persons with difficulty finding employment is used only to select the table of benefit days). Your date of birth is used only to calculate the caps and benefit days that depend on your age when you left your job.
Android Auto Backup: the App enables Android's standard automatic backup. If backup is enabled in your device settings, data such as your conditions, certification-day and job-search records, and notification settings may be saved to your own Google Account by Google's backup service and restored to a new device. This backup is a feature provided by Google; we never view or receive its contents. You can turn off backup in your device settings.
However, because the App displays advertisements, the SDK of our advertising provider (Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect and send or share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as ad views or taps), diagnostics (such as crash and performance data), and device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), for purposes including serving, optimizing, and measuring ads and preventing fraud. The wages, dates, records, and other information you enter are never shared with the advertising provider.
You can export the certification-day schedule and records and the job-search activity records shown in the App to a CSV file and hand it to another app (a file manager, email, cloud storage, etc.) through Android's share feature. The CSV file is created by your own action, and you choose the destination. We never receive the file.
To inform you of certification days, the number of job-search activities, estimated payment dates, the end of the benefit period, and similar, the App schedules and displays notifications once a day on your device. The home screen widget is also rendered from data on your device. No server is used for notifications or the widget. Notification settings are stored on your device.
Selecting a link in the App's "Sources" section or procedure guidance opens the official website (such as the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or the Hello Work Internet Service) in your browser. The App does not send the wages, dates, or other information you entered when opening the link. Information handling on the destination website is governed by that website's policies.
The App uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google, to deliver advertisements. For how Google collects and uses information, please see:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we obtain consent regarding advertising using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Through the displayed consent form, users may grant or decline consent. You can also review or change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" (広告のプライバシー設定) in the App's settings screen (this menu is shown only to users in regions where consent is required). You can also reset or disable your advertising ID in your Android device settings.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements, processed through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play, and we never receive your payment details such as credit card numbers. Your purchase is tied to your Google Play account.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you enter in the App (such as your conditions, wages, decided amounts, and certification-day and job-search records). Direct transmissions from the App to external services are limited to information needed for advertising, consent management, and billing. Google handles this information in accordance with its own policies.
Android Auto Backup is performed through Google's backup service. You choose the destination for CSV sharing, and official websites are opened in your browser at your request.
Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and may also be included in Android Auto Backup, depending on your device settings. Because we do not hold this data, you do not need to ask us to delete it. You can delete it using the following methods:
Retention period: on-device data is kept until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Data included in Google's backup is handled according to Google's backup settings and management. No App data is stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as advertising identifiers) is handled and retained by Google in accordance with its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed under your Google Play account.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the handling described in Section 1 applies. Please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
