Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「すきま収納パズル」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは、鉛筆や消しゴムなどの文房具が入ったケースを回転・配置して、引き出しのすきまにぴったり収める、全 30 問のパズルゲームです。
本アプリの遊んだ記録（クリアした問題、途中まで配置した文房具の位置と「1手戻す」の記録、ヒントや完成見本を見られる状態、音と振動の設定、起動回数など）は、利用者の端末内（本アプリ専用の保存領域）にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当方のサーバーに送信・収集されることはありません。当方はサーバーを運営しておらず、アカウント登録やログインもありません。また、当方独自の解析（アナリティクス）SDKも組み込んでいません。本アプリは氏名・連絡先・位置情報・写真などを入力したり読み取ったりする機能を持ちません。
バックアップについて：本アプリの遊んだ記録は、Android のクラウドバックアップおよび機種変更時のデータ移行の対象外に設定しています。そのため、機種変更や再インストールをすると、遊んだ記録は引き継がれません。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）の SDK（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定・不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われることがあります）、アプリの操作（広告の表示やタップなど）、診断情報（クラッシュ・パフォーマンスなど）、端末ID（広告識別子〈広告ID〉など）を取得し、Google に送信・共有することがあります。利用者の遊んだ記録が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用し、次の広告を表示します。
Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を見直し・変更することができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。また、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや広告のカスタマイズの無効化を行うこともできます。
本アプリは、一定の条件（2回目以降の起動で、10問以上を完成した後など）を満たしたときに、Google Play のアプリ内レビュー機能を使ってレビューの画面を表示することがあります。レビューの投稿は Google Play の仕組みで行われ、本アプリがレビューの内容や利用者のアカウント情報を受け取ることはありません。
本アプリにはアプリ内購入（課金）はありません。全 30 問を無料で遊べます。
当方は、利用者の遊んだ記録を収集・共有・販売することはありません。これらのデータは端末内に保存され、利用者の管理下にあります。広告に関する情報のみ、上記のとおり広告配信事業者である Google の SDK を通じて取り扱われ、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
本アプリの遊んだ記録は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。当方はこれらのデータを保有していないため、当方に削除を依頼いただく必要はなく、利用者は、いつでも次のいずれかの方法でこれらのデータを削除できます。
保持期間：上記のデータは、利用者が上記の方法で削除するまで端末内に保持されます。自動的な保持期限はなく、当方のサーバーやバックアップには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは 18 歳以上の方を対象としており、お子様（13歳未満の児童を含む）を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。ただし、端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Sukima Storage Puzzle" (すきま収納パズル, the "App"), a puzzle game with 30 levels in which you rotate and place cases of stationery, such as pencils and erasers, so that they fit exactly into the gaps of a drawer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
Your play records — such as the levels you have cleared, the positions of stationery you placed partway and your "undo" history, whether hints and completed examples are available, your sound and vibration settings, and the number of launches — are stored only on your device, in the App's private storage. This data is not transmitted to or collected by our servers. We do not operate any servers, and the App has no account registration or sign-in. We also do not embed any analytics SDK of our own. The App has no feature that asks for or reads your name, contact details, location, or photos.
Backup: the App's play records are excluded from Android cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer. Therefore, your play records are not carried over when you change devices or reinstall the App.
However, because the App displays advertisements, the SDK of our advertising provider (Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect and send or share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as ad views or taps), diagnostics (such as crash and performance data), and device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), for purposes including serving, optimizing, and measuring ads and preventing fraud. Your play records are never shared with the advertising provider.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we obtain consent regarding advertising using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Through the displayed consent form, users may grant or decline consent. You can also review or change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" (広告のプライバシー設定) in the App's settings screen (this menu is shown only to users in regions where consent is required). You can also reset or disable your advertising ID in your Android device settings.
When certain conditions are met (for example, from the second launch onward and after you have completed 10 or more levels), the App may show a review screen using Google Play's in-app review feature. Reviews are posted through Google Play, and the App does not receive the content of your review or your account information.
The App has no in-app purchases. All 30 levels can be played for free.
We do not collect, share, or sell your play records. This data is stored on your device and remains under your control. Only advertising-related information is handled, as described above, through the SDK of our advertising provider Google, in accordance with Google's own policies.
The App's play records are stored only on your device. Because we do not hold this data, you do not need to ask us to delete it; you can delete it yourself at any time using either of the following methods:
Retention period: the data above is retained on your device until you delete it using the methods above. There is no automatic retention period, and it is not stored on our servers or in backups.
Advertising-related information (such as advertising identifiers) is handled and retained by Google in accordance with its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We strive to handle your information appropriately. The App's data is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. However, please manage the security of your device yourself (for example, by setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
