Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「退職後の手続きノート」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは、会社を辞める方・辞めた方が退職日と条件を入力すると、任意継続・国民健康保険（国保）・国民年金・離職票・住民税・確定申告などの期限を並べ、任意継続と国保（概算）と家族の扶養の保険料の目安、住民税と国民年金の見通しを表示・通知するアプリです。本アプリは、市区町村・健康保険（協会けんぽ・健康保険組合）・日本年金機構・ハローワークなどの公的機関のアプリではありません。表示する金額は目安です。国保の正確な額は市区町村の試算でご確認ください。本アプリは、相談員への誘導や借入の紹介をしません。
本アプリで利用者が入力・設定する情報（退職日、退職の理由、退職時の年齢、退職時の給与の額面〈月〉、前年の年収、都道府県、扶養している家族の人数、家族の健康保険に入れる可能性、健康保険の種類、給与明細の住民税の月額〈任意〉、選んだ健康保険・住民税の徴収方法・国民年金の免除の申請の有無、扶養の判定のための収入の見込みと失業手当の日額〈任意〉、次の会社の入社日、手続きの済の印と日付・メモ、通知の設定）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータを当方に送信することはなく、当方が収集することもありません。当方は、本アプリのデータを保存するサーバーを運営していません。
本アプリには、氏名・住所・電話番号・マイナンバー・健康保険の記号番号・基礎年金番号・雇用保険の被保険者番号・銀行口座などを登録する入力欄はありません。医療情報も扱いません。本アプリは、市区町村・健康保険・日本年金機構・ハローワークのシステムと連携せず、利用者の情報をそれらへ送ることもありません。利用者が任意で書くメモは本アプリの機能で読み取ることはなく、端末内にのみ保存されます。
Android の自動バックアップ：本アプリは Android 標準の自動バックアップを有効にしています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、退職日・条件・選んだ内容・手続きの記録・通知の設定などのデータは、Google の仕組みにより利用者自身の Google アカウントへ保存され、新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。このバックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。バックアップは端末の設定から無効にできます。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）の SDK（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定・不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われることがあります）、アプリの操作（広告の表示やタップなど）、診断情報（クラッシュ・パフォーマンスなど）、端末ID（広告識別子〈広告ID〉など）を取得し、Google に送信・共有することがあります。利用者が入力した退職日・給与・年収・選んだ保険などの情報が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
利用者は、本アプリの手続きの一覧（期限・済の日・メモ）と選んだ内容を CSV ファイルに書き出し、Android の共有機能で他のアプリ（ファイル管理、メール、クラウドストレージなど）に渡すことができます。CSV ファイルは利用者自身の操作で作られ、共有先も利用者が選びます。当方がそのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、退職前の確認・任意継続の期限・国保と国民年金の期限・離職票・住民税の納期・確定申告などを知らせるため、毎日 1 回の通知を端末内で予約・表示します。ホーム画面のウィジェットも端末内のデータから表示します。通知やウィジェットのためにサーバーは使用していません。通知の設定は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリの「情報の出典」や手続きの案内から公式サイト（協会けんぽ・日本年金機構・厚生労働省・ハローワーク・国税庁・市区町村など）へのリンクを選ぶと、そのサイトをブラウザで開きます。「失業保険ノート」へのリンクを選ぶと、Google Play のアプリのページを開きます。リンクを開くために、本アプリに入力した退職日や給与などの情報を送信することはありません。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を見直し・変更することができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。また、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや広告のカスタマイズの無効化を行うこともできます。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入を Google Play Billing で提供しています。定期購入（サブスクリプション）ではありません。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
当方は、利用者が本アプリに入力したデータ（退職日・給与・年収・選んだ保険・手続きの記録・メモ等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。本アプリから外部サービスへの直接の送信は、広告配信・同意の取得・課金に必要な情報に限られます。これらの情報は Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
Android の自動バックアップは Google の仕組みにより行われます。CSV の共有先は利用者が選び、公式サイトや Google Play の閲覧は利用者の操作でブラウザ・Play ストアに引き継ぎます。
本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、端末の設定によっては Android の自動バックアップにも含まれます。当方はこれらのデータを保有していないため、当方に削除を依頼いただく必要はなく、利用者は次の方法でデータを削除できます。
保持期間：端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。Google のバックアップに含まれるデータは、Google のバックアップの設定・管理に従って取り扱われます。当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは 18 歳以上の方を対象としており、お子様（13歳未満の児童を含む）を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。本アプリで入力したデータは端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。Android の自動バックアップが有効な場合の取り扱いは、第1節に記載のとおりです。端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Taishoku Procedure Note" (退職後の手続きノート, the "App"). When you enter your resignation date and a few conditions, the App lists the deadlines for procedures after leaving a job in Japan (voluntary continuation of employee health insurance, enrolling in National Health Insurance and the National Pension, the separation notice, resident tax, the final tax return, and more), shows estimated premiums for voluntary continuation, National Health Insurance (approximate), and coverage as a family dependent, shows an outlook for resident tax and the National Pension, and notifies you about them. The App is not an app of any municipality, health insurance association or society, the Japan Pension Service, Hello Work, or any other public authority. The amounts shown are estimates. Please check the exact National Health Insurance premium with your municipality. The App does not refer you to consultants and does not introduce loans. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The information you enter or configure in the App — your resignation date, the reason for leaving, your age at resignation, your gross monthly salary at resignation, your income for the previous year, your prefecture, the number of dependents, whether you could join a family member's health insurance, the type of your health insurance, the monthly resident tax shown on your payslip (optional), your chosen health insurance, the resident tax collection method, whether you apply for the National Pension exemption, the expected income and unemployment benefit daily amount used for the dependent check (optional), the start date of your next job, completion marks, dates and notes for procedures, and notification settings — is stored on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we do not collect it. We do not operate servers to store the App's data.
The App has no input fields for your name, address, phone number, My Number, health insurance numbers, basic pension number, employment insurance number, or bank account details, and it does not handle medical information. The App does not connect to the systems of municipalities, health insurers, the Japan Pension Service, or Hello Work, and it never sends your information to them. Any free-text notes you choose to write are stored only on your device and are not read by the App's features.
Android Auto Backup: the App enables Android's standard automatic backup. If backup is enabled in your device settings, data such as your resignation date, conditions, choices, procedure records, and notification settings may be saved to your own Google Account by Google's backup service and restored to a new device. This backup is a feature provided by Google; we never view or receive its contents. You can turn off backup in your device settings.
However, because the App displays advertisements, the SDK of our advertising provider (Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect and send or share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as ad views or taps), diagnostics (such as crash and performance data), and device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), for purposes including serving, optimizing, and measuring ads and preventing fraud. Your resignation date, salary, income, chosen insurance, and other information you enter are never shared with the advertising provider.
You can export the list of procedures (deadlines, completion dates, and notes) and your choices to a CSV file and hand it to another app (a file manager, email, cloud storage, etc.) through Android's share feature. The CSV file is created by your own action, and you choose the destination. We never receive the file.
The App schedules and shows one notification per day on your device to remind you of checks before resignation, the voluntary continuation deadline, the National Health Insurance and National Pension deadlines, the separation notice, resident tax due dates, and the final tax return. The home screen widget is also drawn from the data on your device. No servers are used for notifications or the widget. Notification settings are stored on your device.
When you choose a link to an official website (Japan Health Insurance Association, Japan Pension Service, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Hello Work, National Tax Agency, municipalities, etc.) from the App's sources or procedure guidance, the site opens in your browser. When you choose the link to "Shitsugyo Hoken Note" (失業保険ノート), its Google Play page opens. Opening these links does not send your resignation date, salary, or other information you entered. Information at the linked sites is handled according to each site's policy.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google, to display advertisements. For details on how Google collects and uses information, please see:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent regarding advertising. You can consent to or refuse data use through the consent form shown. You can also review and change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" on the App's settings screen (this menu appears only for users in regions where consent is required). You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Google Play, and we never receive payment information such as credit card numbers. Your purchase status is managed in association with your Google Play account.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you enter in the App (resignation date, salary, income, chosen insurance, procedure records, notes, etc.). Direct transmissions from the App to external services are limited to what is needed for advertising, consent, and in-app purchases, and that information is handled by Google under its own policies.
Android Auto Backup is performed by Google's service. You choose where CSV files are shared, and viewing official websites or Google Play is handed over to your browser or the Play Store by your own action.
Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and, depending on your device settings, may also be included in Android Auto Backup. Because we do not hold this data, you do not need to ask us to delete it. You can delete it as follows:
Retention: data on your device is kept until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Data included in Google backups is handled according to Google's backup settings and management. Nothing is stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as the advertising ID) is handled and retained by Google under its policies. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed in association with your Google Play account.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children (including children under 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. Data you enter in the App is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the handling described in Section 1 applies. Please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
